As the first contact for scheduling the patient at Clay Therapeutic Services, Sue’s main goal is to provide a tailored fit with a therapist to meet the individual’s needs. Knowing that each patient has a busy schedule, a timely process is important. Sue has an extensive and successful background in customer servicing, not only as a Client Service Manager in a Call Center, as well as other customer servicing positions. In addition, positions held include audit and risk compliance. Providing the best in service for everyone, has always been her main priority. Listening, effective communication skills, understanding and respecting the patient’s needs and privacy is what Clay Therapeutic Services brands their practice. Sue enjoys the interactions she has with the people she speaks with, and the satisfaction of knowing that their data are secure, and their requirements in a therapist are met when scheduling their appointment.
